What are your daily hours of service?

Our service hours are Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What type of cleaning services do you provide?

We provide professional cleaning services in the following areas; residental, office and commercial buildings. In addition, we take any requests from clients for specific cleaning instructions. 

How can I get an estimate?

We can provide an estimate online, by phone or onsite. The easiest way is an online estimate which can be delivered by supplying key information and specifying your cleaning needs on the Contact Us page. The most accurate estimate would be onsite because we see first hand what your cleaning needs are. 

How many people do you send to clean?

Our cleaning teams consist of two (2) employees. 

What type of payments do you accept?

We are currently accepting cash and checks only. Please make checks payable to Ocean Breeze Services. When our team visits your home or office they will pick up payment before they leave. 

When is payment for my cleaning due?

For residential cleaning we require payment immediately upon completition of our cleaning services. We can also make arrangements to receive the payment monthly. For office and commercial cleaning we understand that sometimes immediate payment is not possible. We will adapt to your accounting processes and can be mailed payment to: P.O. What if I am not happy with a cleaning service?

We aim for very high cleaning standards and make every effort to ensure tha tour clients are completely satisfied. If you ever feel your routine cleaning is less than satisfactory, please notify us within twenty-four (24) hours after your appointment so we may return as soon as possible to re-clean, free of charge. 

Do I have to sign a contract?

No contract is necessary for residential cleaning. Ocean Breeze Services does require commerical clients to have a contract for legal and operational purposes. 

What happens if I need to cancel service?

The company requires a 48 hour notice for the cancellation of service. If cancellation occurs in less than 48 hours of the agreed date of cleaning, a $30 cancellation fee may be charged. 

Do you work on holidays?

We do not work during the holidays, but if you need us to provide a cleaning service a particular day we will gladly do with a 7 day notice. 

Do I need to provide cleaning products or equipment?

Yes, every house is different. We will give you a detailed list of cleaning products and equipment you need for our maids to ensure a complete job.
